COMPETE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

Three competition tracks for every commitment level โ€” Recreational Show Teams, Prep, and Elite. Every cheerleader makes a team. Competition season runs November 2026 through April 2027.

At Element4, every athlete plays an important role in the team. We build a positive, safe environment where athletes learn confidence first, skills second, and growth always.

Our goal is never just a trophy. It’s for every athlete to leave our gym knowing more about who they are, what they’re capable of, and how to show up for the people counting on them.

TWO SURFACES
ONE COMPLETE TRAINING SYSTEM

Most gyms have one floor. We have two โ€” and that difference changes everything about how athletes learn. Our air floor and air mats from Air Track Factory, Air Track US, and Air Track Italia create a softer surface that reduces body impact during the most vulnerable phase of skill development: learning something new.

Our Glory & Power competition spring floor matches competition surfaces across the country. When a skill is ready for performance, athletes move to the spring floor and experience the exact rebound and feel they'll compete on.

Air Floor & Air Mats

Athletes learn new skills on our air floor, a softer inflatable surface that absorbs impact, reduces fear, and allows for more repetitionsโ€”helping them progress faster and safer.

โ” Stage 2 - Performance Floor

Competition Spring Floor

Once skills are mastered on the air floor, athletes transition to our competition spring floor to build confidence and consistency on the same surface used in competition.

โ” The Results

Faster Progression. Fewer Injuries. More Confidence.

Training on both surfaces helps athletes learn faster, build confidence, and arrive better prepared for competitionโ€”from their first cartwheel to their first full.

Your Season Layout Layout.

From Level Placements through Competition Season โ€” here's how the entire 2026โ€“2027 competitive year unfolds at Element4.

01.  Level Placements

This is NOT a tryout. Every cheerleader who attends makes a team. Athletes are evaluated on their current skills to determine which team and skill level is the best fit for their development. This is about putting athletes in the right place to grow โ€” not about cutting anyone.

02.  Skill Building

Based on the level assigned at Placements, athletes work towards the mechanics and fundamentals of their skill level. This summer phase is critical โ€” athletes who put in work here enter the season with the skills needed to compete. Summer skill building happens alongside recreational classes and Summer Camp.

03. Team Reveal

Official Team Names and Rosters for the 2026โ€“2027 season are revealed on July 31st. This is the moment athletes find out their team name, their teammates, and their competitive division โ€” the official start of the season together.

04. Boot Camp

Once the season starts, it is MANDATORY for all athletes to attend several 4-hour daytime practices during August. Cheerleading is a team sport โ€” the entire team must be present to safely and effectively prepare for choreography camp. These sessions build chemistry, formations, and team timing.

05. Choreography Camp

Teams attend mandatory practices where a choreographer teaches the team's competition routine. This routine will be refined, perfected, and built upon throughout the entire competition season โ€” it's the artistic foundation every practice builds toward.

06. Competition Season!

The full competition season runs November 2026 through April 2027. Prep teams compete in 3โ€“4 events; Elite teams compete in 5โ€“6 events. All competition fees are included in monthly tuition. Travel and hotel for away events are the responsibility of each family.

โ” COMMON QUESTIONS

COMPETITIVE FAQS.

Does my child have to be experienced to join a team?

No. The Recreational Show Team track is specifically designed for athletes with little to no experience who want to learn what it feels like to be on a team. Level Placements are about finding the right fit for every athlete โ€” not a bar to clear before you're allowed in.

The primary differences are practice time, competition frequency, and skill expectations. Prep teams practice twice a week for 2 hours and compete at 3โ€“4 events. Elite teams practice twice a week for 2.5 hours and compete at 5โ€“6 events, with higher skill requirements and a more demanding competitive schedule. Both tracks are mandatory attendance programs.

Monthly tuition for all competitive tracks covers music, choreography, and all competition entry fees. What's not included: the one-time $50 registration fee, uniform and apparel costs, makeup and accessories, and any travel/hotel expenses for away competitions.

For Prep and Elite teams, yes โ€” attendance is mandatory. Cheerleading is a team sport where every athlete's presence affects safety and routine execution. Stunts cannot be safely practiced without all members present. Boot Camp and Choreography Camp attendance in August is also mandatory for all competitive team athletes.

The $50 registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee due at enrollment. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $15 late fee is applied beginning on the 6th of the month.
