Element4 Athletics was born from a simple belief: every athlete — no matter their age, size, background, or experience — deserves a space where they can grow into the best version of themselves.
Sarina started cheering at 11 and never stopped. Natalie found her passion in gymnastics at 12 and spent the next decade coaching athletes to reach skills they once thought were impossible. Together, they spent years working inside other programs, learning what worked, what didn't, and what was missing.
What was missing was this: a gym that treated confidence as a skill — one that could be taught, developed, and carried into every area of an athlete's life. A gym that welcomed adults and seniors, not just kids. A gym that invested in the safest equipment and the most intentional coaching methods. A gym that felt like family from the very first class.

Element4 offers something for nearly every age and interest. For young children: Mommy & Me (crawling–3 yrs). For youth athletes: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Tumbling, Flyer & Stunt class, and Competitive Cheer Teams (Recreational, Prep, and Elite levels). For adults: Adult Tumble and Adult & Senior Stretch classes. For summer: full-day Summer Camp. Private lessons are available for all ages and skill levels.
Recreational classes (tumbling, stunt, Mommy & Me, adult stretch) are $85/month for one hour per week. Competitive teams range from $150–$250/month depending on the level, and that tuition covers music, choreography, and all competition entry fees — no surprise bills at every competition. Summer Camp is $150/week or $30/day. A one-time, non-refundable $50 registration fee applies at initial enrollment.

No experience is needed for most of our programs. Beginner Tumbling, Flyer & Stunt Foundation level, Recreational Cheer Teams, Summer Camp, and Mommy & Me are all designed for athletes with zero prior experience. Even our competitive team Level Placements are not tryouts — every cheerleader who attends makes a team. We place athletes based on current skill level so everyone starts in the right environment.
Our air floor is an inflatable training surface that's significantly softer than a traditional spring floor. We use it as our "learning floor" — athletes master new skills on the air floor first, then transfer them to our competition spring floor once the skill is consistent and technically sound. This two-surface system reduces injury risk, reduces fear of new skills, and accelerates progression. It's one of the things that makes Element4 genuinely different from other gyms in the area.
Fitted athletic wear — leggings or athletic shorts and a fitted top. Avoid baggy or loose clothing as it can interfere with coaches spotting. Tumbling and stunt classes are done barefoot or in cheer shoes. No jeans, zippers, buttons, or jewelry. Hair must be pulled back securely. For Mommy & Me, comfortable workout clothes for the caregiver and something easy to move in for the child.
Yes — 100%. All Element4 coaches are CPR/First Aid certified and background checked before working with athletes. Our founders bring over two decades of combined real-world coaching experience. Competitive team coaches are required to complete USASF Coaching Training Certification. We take the trust parents place in us seriously and we take every step to earn it.
Yes — and this is something we're genuinely proud of. Adult Tumble classes are open to anyone 18+ regardless of experience. Adult & Senior Stretch and Injury Prevention classes are designed specifically for adult bodies and run daily Monday through Thursday. These classes are open to the public — no membership required. Many of our adult participants have seen mobility and flexibility improvements beyond what they experienced in physical therapy.
Written cancellation notice must be received by the 20th of the month to avoid the next month's charge. Monthly tuition is not refunded for missed classes. The $50 registration fee is non-refundable. Competitive team tuition is non-refundable once the season begins due to pre-purchased music and choreography.
